Following the announcement regarding mobility, those interested in mobility must register on the electronic portal at www.students.emis.ge.
Students who wish to continue their studies in BNU educational programs and have gained the right to do so for the spring semester of the 2024-2025 academic year through mobility, as indicated by the positive results on the National Center for the Development of Education Quality’s electronic portal, should apply to BNU to submit their application for registration along with the necessary documents, which include:
- The original and a copy of the identity document (ID card). For foreign citizens, a copy of the passport/identity card and a notarized translation must be provided.
- Four 3x4 photos and an electronic version (on CD/DVD).
- For Georgian citizens who are subject to military registration, a document confirming military registration (original and copy).
- A copy of the document confirming complete general or equivalent education for a Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s Degree (Part I of the Program): A copy of a Bachelor’s degree diploma or a document certifying an equivalent higher education qualification. In case of obtaining education in a foreign educational institution, a notarized Georgian translation of the educational document and a document of recognition of the qualification must also be submitted (copies).
- An extract from the order of enrollment issued by the USD, signed and sealed.
- A notice of student status and teaching semester.
- An extract from the order of suspension or termination of student status, if applicable. If student status is terminated, the reason must be indicated.
- An extract from the academic record indicating courses or program components, corresponding credits, and grades.
- For a maritime education program, a medical examination form #100/a (Dedani) issued by an authorized medical institution.
- For Master’s students only, a Common Master’s Exam certificate (or a certificate of passing the B-type test for the exam). Those wishing to transfer to a Master’s program via mobility must confirm their English language proficiency at the B2 level and pass an internal exam in their specialty (logistics basics).
Once the documents are submitted, the applicant will undergo an exam in English language and their specialty.
