Academic and administrative staff of Batumi Navigation University (BNU) have the opportunity to participate in mobility programs at partner universities abroad, with a duration ranging from one week to a maximum of two months. The exact duration is determined by the specific partner university.
The aim of this program is to support the professional development of university staff by providing opportunities for training (excluding conferences) or job shadowing at a partner university.
Eligibility Requirements:
Academic Staff:
- Must have experience teaching a lecture course in English.
- Must demonstrate English language proficiency.
Administrative Staff:
- Must be fluent in English.
Employment Status:
- Academic and administrative staff must be employed by BNU at the time of the competition to be eligible.
Required Documentation:
Interested academic and administrative staff must submit the following documents in English:
- A copy of their international passport.
- A completed application form.
- A CV in Europass format (template available at: EUROPASS CV - Template).
- A letter of recommendation from their faculty (for academic staff).
- A notice of employment at the university (in English).
Selection Procedure:
- The submitted application documents will be reviewed by the Commission of BNU and the International Relations Service.
- The International Relations Service will nominate the selected candidates.
- The International Relations Service will then forward the information and documents of the selected candidates to the host university.
- The final selection of academic and administrative staff will be made by the host university.
Note: Preference will be given to applicants who have not previously received grants under the Erasmus Mundus or Erasmus+ mobility programs funded by the European Union.
Funding: The program fully covers tuition, living expenses, and travel costs for participants. The amount of the scholarship varies depending on the host country. For detailed information, refer to the ERASMUS+ guide.
